You should actively explore new technologies, try them out and integrate them into your work practices. Today, the students in our Digital Innovation Marketing module did just that.
In team work, students worked with the robot Zenbo and identified and analyzed innovations. After a short familiarization and getting to know each other, the advantages of AI-supported assistants (e.g., Zenbo, ChatGPT) were quickly recognized. Information could be retrieved quickly, arguments could easily be found and processes could be structured. However, even if promising technologies already exist and have enormous potential, they should not be used mindlessly. AI-based content should be critically scrutinized.
