    New research project "SANDRA“

    Funding of 1.4 Million Euro

    The Department of Marketing & Human Resource Management is involved in a new research project funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the European Social Fund. In the research project “SANDRA – Gestaltung der Arbeitswelt der Zukunft durch Erreichbarkeitsmanagement", the Department of Marketing & Human Resource Management cooperates with researchers from Fraunhofer IAO, University of Kassel, Technische Universität Darmstadt, Stuttgarter Hochschule der Medien and the two organizations AGILeVIA and AK Reprotechnik. The goal of the interdisciplinary research project is to develop organizational and technological solutions for the problem of constant availability to improve employees' work-life balance.

    Latest Research Findings presented in a Video

    The latest research findings by Prof. Ruth Stock-Homburg (TU Darmstadt), Prof. Nicolas Zacharias (TU Darmstadt) and Dr. Armin Schnellbächer (TU Darmstadt), answering the question „How do Strategy and Leadership Styles Jointly Affect Co-Development and its Innovation Outcomes?“ now are also illustrated in a video. The video is part of the publication of the corresponding paper in the Journal of Product Innovation Management.

    Paper honored with the 2015 Best of Visions Award

    Dr. Jin Gerlach, Prof. Ruth Stock-Homburg and Prof. Peter Buxmann received the 2015 Best of Visions Award of the Visions Magazine (Product Development and Management Association) for their paper “How 'Status Quo Products' Can Make Digital Innovations Fail.” (Visions, 39, 1, 6-9).
